How to delete your account and data
Email privacy@investmtg.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your investMTG account — if you sign in with Google, GitHub, Discord or Facebook, that is the address the provider shares with us.
Tell us how you sign in (Google, GitHub, Discord, Facebook, a passkey or an email link) so that we can find the right account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address before we act on it.
We then delete your account and the personal data connected to it. Some records are kept longer where Section 6 says so — for example, order records that we must keep for tax, accounting or disputes.
The delete button in the seller Settings tab removes your seller profile and its listings only. It does not delete your investMTG account. If your seller profile is linked to records that we must keep (for example, financing records), the button cannot remove it — email us instead.
If you sign in with Facebook, you can also remove investMTG in your Facebook account settings, in the section for apps and websites (Facebook sometimes renames it). That stops Facebook from sharing new information with us. It does not delete the information we already hold — email us for that.
